These townhouses are proposed as an alternative to the typical 3-story apartment building
found in the residential area known as CORPAC.
The plot is located on a corner, with an area of 450m2. The project encompasses five 3-
story townhouses, each one an independent property with an area of 180m2, and a common
parking lot below the ground.
The main focus of this project is the transition between public and private. By elevating the
first level by 1.5m and having a frontal garden with a slight inclination create the necessary
filter to prevent pedestrians from having a clear view into the interiors but, at the same time,
creating a friendly front that respects the pedestrian scale.
